Fast-paced moves that use multiple sets of dumbbells and a step to thoroughly sculpt your entire body. The varied weight levels are specifically designed to maximize effectiveness because each muscle group is consistently challenged (but, if it gets too tough, you can always pick up the lighter dumbbells). The entire workout is very fast-moving; you'll burn some calories as you tone your body. The moves include both classic exercises and interesting variations (e.g. “lunges with glute lifts” and “knee-up reverse lunges with alternating shoulder presses”).
